frst ultrasound today

so i had my first ultrasound today it wasnt suppost to be untill next week but they did it early bc they thought i might be infected with toxoplasmosis well i am but they thought the baby might be but luckly its not and everything is fine im now 20.4 weeks and its a boy
any name suggestions?
